People Leaders, and particularly those responsible for the hiring, promotion, and psychological safety of teams, have a responsibility to find ways to amplify and promote diversity.

If you’re struggling to create, engage, and promote a diverse, inclusive, and egalitarian workplaceyou need to do something differently. You cannot do the same things and hope for different results.

This sheet is designed to help you find ways to do things differently. To do things better.

This sheet cannot give you pre-designed programmes or strategies to play your part, but it will help you:
- Build diverse, egalitarian, inclusive teams
- Find and engage training, coaching, or ongoing learning for your team
- Facilitate a discussion around racism, sexism, violence, oppression
- Educate your team, rally around a cause, & donate!!

Reasons this document includes remote working platforms: offering remote work is one of the best ways to encourage a diverse workforce, working mothers, less-abled bodies, and those who live in various locations around the world. It’s time to be creative, find new ways to work, and build the companies of the future.
