1. Select Sector column

Select (highlight) the column to order by, then Ctrl+A to select whole table.
Learned society
2. Click Data menu, then Data validation

Click Data > Sort sheet by column [X], A-Z
Medical research / patient charities
3. Click in Instructions tab
