You must be either a Sanbase PRO member or be running a Sanbase trial in order for this model to work. And you will want to go to File > Make a Copy in order to use an exact replica of the main Activity Matrix file. The source file will not be able to be edited or allow API data to load, but your copy will!
2
If you have a paid Google Suite subscription associated with your Sanbase PRO email address, your copy of the full Activity Matrix model will load in 10-15 minutes: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1XSYTrBAY6b5oLO5btRRh40I7CftN76gJ1bKU_owHHeA/view
If you only have a free Google Suite subscription associated with your Sanbase PRO email address, it is recommended that you use your copy of the mini Activity Matrix model, due to Google timing out API loading after 6 minutes: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1o3WJQCVn5wz66c33B8NZHQPf7epOSwHVAaf9iN3SrFk/view
3
In order to have your copy run data, make sure to download the Sansheets extension: https://academy.santiment.net/sansheets/setting-up/
Then, plug in your API: https://academy.santiment.net/sansheets/adding-an-api-key/
4
Keep view of spreadsheet on 150% View magnification for optimal font & color scaling. Use keyboard shortcuts CTRL+ or CTRL- to zoom accordingly. The main 3 tabs are 'Detailed', 'Anomalies', and 'Top 10', and they will all fit a standard or widescreen monitor perfectly with this zoom percentage.
5
This spreadsheet is intended to update once per day. All metrics (other than price) are daily metrics and only update on Santiment's API once daily at 12:00am UTC. Even on fast computers, expect the entire loading process of all data to take 10-20 minutes.
6
To refresh, go to the Data tab and hit the 'Backspace' button on your keyboard while highlighting cell A1, wait 1 minute, then hit the Undo button or type '=TODAY+1' and hit the 'Enter' button on your keyboard.
7
In some instances, due to Google Sheets limitations, there could be trouble refreshing on certain days. To force a refresh if the above step doesn't work, copy the browser URL of your spreadsheet, close the tab on your browser, wait at least 10 seconds, and then paste the URL back in your browser and hit 'Enter' on your keyboard to hard reload the spreadsheet.
8
On the 'Detailed' and 'Anomalies' tabs, you will see the amount of data loaded and completed in cell A1. With the default amount of boxes set (6,948), cell A1 on these two tabs will be considered 100.0% complete if at least 6 out of 7 full days are loaded.
9
Depending on your timezone, certain times of day will show either the past 7 full days or past 6 full days (with the bottom row intentionally blank). The amount of days loaded will depend on how far past UTC time the new partial day has elapsed. If you prefer to see all 7 days loaded at the same time, it is best to refresh within 4-6 hours after midnight (UTC) has struck.

The 'Detailed' tab has associated colors set for every asset and the top 8 metrics that Santiment typically sees as synonymous with bullish or bearish future price movement. Red means the network is hot compared to its previous 3 months of data, and has a greater likelihood of a future rise compared to other assets. Blue means the network is cold compared to its previous 3 months of data, and has a greater likelihood of a future drop compared to other assets. Most colors will fall somewhere in between.
11
If you are looking for just the extreme outliers among the assets being tracked in this model, the 'Anomalies' tab will show a red box if the metric for that asset is having a top 3 day compared to its past 3 months of data. A blue box will show if the metric for that asset is having a bottom 3 day compared to its past 3 months of data.
12
Both the 'Detailed' and 'Anomalies' tabs also show the price percentage returns for each asset. They are listed from left to right as 1d, 7d, 30d, and 90d, directly under the asset name. The color code is based on the price return for that interval RELATIVE to all other assets. Having price data can be helpful, as sometimes an asset gets hot before its price has pumped. And sometimes it gets hot BECAUSE the price has pumped. The former scenario usually provides a better opportunity to find entry spots. Trading is, of course, at your own risk. This model simply presents provides you the data necessary for you to make the most informed decisions for your own strategy.
13
The 'Top 10' tab may be used to simply find the top 10 assets for any particular metric or price interval, in a handy list view. Note that the rankings are based on the latest full day, not a cumulative ranking of the entire week. Next to the 1d, 7d, 30d, and 90d price categories, you will see the percentage returns. Next to the metric categories, you will see the respective day rank the asset has just had, compared to its past 3 months of data. The top ranks will be listed first, in alphabetical order for tiebreaks.
14
The 'Assets' tab will upgrade the market cap ranks of each asset each time you refresh. You will see each asset's market cap rank in parentheses next to each asset name in the 'Detailed', 'Anomalies', and 'Top 10' tabs.
15
The 'Table' and 'Data' tabs essentially will never need to be touched, unless you plan on changing asset slugs. These tabs are more for back-end calculations to provide information that feeds to the more useful tabs you will be checking regularly.
