About PRstack – do not change this tab. Go the alpha list of tools to add or update tools..
4

5
For a handy overview of all the tools, check the website www.prstack.co
6
7
Who is involved?
8
PRStack was devised by Stephen Waddington (@wadds) and built by PR geeks Prezly (@prezly). You'll find the #PRStack community on Twitter at #PRStack.ddfg

10
How to edit a tool
11
Please don't remove content from the list of tools in the 2nd tab. Also don't delete the header rows. It messes up the site.
12
If you want to add a service just do it at the bottom of the list. We need some structure to be able to pull the content in the site. Read the key to cell definitions below.
13
14
You can't delete a tool
15
Once added to the doc, tools remain on the PRstack.co site. There's no use removing competing services. And it's not cool. Fonzie would not approve.

17
Key to cell definitions
18
Tool: name of the tool
19
URL: URL for the tool
20
Price (seat, per month): free / $ / $$ / $$$
21
Description: short description of the tool
22
Twitter handle: Twitter handle for the tool
23
Areas: publicity or media relations / branded or owned med ia / influencer relations / community
24
Goals: planning / insight / Management / Content / Channel / Monitoring / Analytics
25
Use only these areas and goals, so your content can be found on the prstack.co site. No typos or it won't work.
26
27
How to add a tool
28
Add a new tool by adding a new role and adding as much information as you can to characterize the tool.
29
30
What if my tool doesnt show up on prstack.co?
31
Stay calm. Put on a kettle of tea. It can take half an hour for the site and this spreadsheet to sync.
32
If that doesnt work, double check that you've entered the basic info, and that the areas and goals don't have typos. It needs to be exact for this magic to work.
33
If that also doesn't work, ping @fritsbits, your janitor.

Known bugs
48
This still is a hack – we're syncing this spreadsheet that gets edited by 100s of people to a website. Cool stuff, but error prone.
