|You can impel machines and devices with electronic components to do your bidding. You must touch the machine to activate this. Make a Technokinesis test against a Difficulty determined by the complexity of the machine. The device cannot act beyond the limits of its design.|

|So long as you are able to observe a subject, they can never make a physical move that surprises you. Add +1 to your Hit # versus subjects you can observe. You can judge Blast damage. This all requires concentration. Spend 1 per ten minutes.||You can see precisely out to a range of 1 km without equipment.||Incipient: You feel that the world is becoming increasingly unreal, and that your connections to it steadily more tenuous. It’s as if the sense of detachment all police officers must cultivate to protect themselves from the emotional toll of the job has infected all aspects of your emotional life. Unless you’re careful to disguise your reactions, you can come off as aloof, cold, even robotic.||After successful Scuffling test, you may spend points.
