William "Willy" MontagueUniversity research assistant co-opted in the police force to fulfill a role in a heightened power investigation unit. Despite being more than bit geeky and having some odious habits, he is fit and able physically. While the manifestation of his powers is more recent he has rapidly become accustomed to them in that they are of significant utility to him and his chosen career. His professors were approached by the police force and they singled him out as an obvious choice to fulfill the needed role as he is not their favorite research assistant despite his obvious talent. William sees police force service as a means to overcome some of the bureaucratic impediments that people and the organization of the university have put in his way. Extract information by touch from any machine that stores digital data, such as a computer hard drive. Must touch storage itself or wi-fi card for a network. (Inadmissible w/o warrant)
A superhuman command of 3D info. Measure distances by sight. Calculate bullet trajectories in your head, intuit movements and actions at a crime scene merely by comparing the relationships between disturbed objects and indicators. (Special: Spend 1 to increase your Shooting Damage +1 for a scene.)
You can find minute pieces of trace evidence with your fingertips, detect tiny flaws in objects, and differentiate between materials by the feel of their surface. You’re a walking, talking chemical analysis lab, able to instantly detect and ID the composition of nearly any object you can touch your tongue to.

You can impel machines and devices with electronic components to do your bidding. You must touch the machine to activate this. Make a Technokinesis test against a Difficulty determined by the complexity of the machine. The device cannot act beyond the limits of its design.
You can alter your vision to examine items at a high level of magnification, an ordinary light to electron microscope.
Spend 3 to pass through any single barrier. Barriers thicker than .5m may cost additional. You may spend 3 to reduce damage from any physical source to 0. Spend before damage is announced.Spend 1 to create an instant adhesive (like to stick a tracking bug on). Lasts 30 minutes per point spent. You can use this for rope by spending 2 points. You can also immobilize by spending 2 points. To hit a target requires a Shooting test.

Spend 3 Cognition points to test the validity of a theory of the case at hand. The GM hot, warm, cold, or freezing. They may also say not enough info is available.Make a Telekinesis test to move an object. Base difficulty is zero. Add +1 each per kg, 1m of distance to travel, additional object after the first. It crosses distance in five sec. Add +2 difficulty to move it instantly; -2 to move it over 15 sec. Instantly moved objects can to damage if TK test beats their Hit #.Blast. Spend 3 for +1 damage. You may also spend on your attack roll. Additionally can use it to destroy unloving matter. To do so, make a Disintegration test, with a Difficulty of 1 for every 5 kg of matter you wish to destroy. You may crawl along walls at your normal movement rate.

So long as you are able to observe a subject, they can never make a physical move that surprises you. Add +1 to your Hit # versus subjects you can observe. You can judge Blast damage. This all requires concentration. Spend 1 per ten minutes. You can see precisely out to a range of 1 km without equipment.Incipient: You feel that the world is becoming increasingly unreal, and that your connections to it steadily more tenuous. It’s as if the sense of detachment all police officers must cultivate to protect themselves from the emotional toll of the job has infected all aspects of your emotional life. Unless you’re careful to disguise your reactions, you can come off as aloof, cold, even robotic. After successful Scuffling test, you may spend points. This increases the target’s difficulty to resist this effect. One minute after the bite, the target must test against difficult 4 plus toxicity. If they fail, they make a second test or drop to -9 Health.
