Program Purpose:
The Physical Education and Wellness (PEW) Program at Lighthouse International School - Secondary aims to foster active living, skill development, personal responsibility, and lifelong wellness. Guided by The Lighthouse Way, the program emphasizes balance — developing the body, mind, and character through purposeful movement, teamwork, and reflection.

Instruction balances skill progression, conceptual understanding, and personal growth. Students experience a range of activities — Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Football, Ultimate Frisbee, Petanque, Pickleball, Team-building/outdoor activities — integrated with nutrition and fitness education.
