 Welcome to isla's measurement software TRACE.
Our platform allows events to track and report on carbon and waste impact across the show, and highlight areas for improvement.

This Upload Template pack contains tabs for each of the main sections of data required for TRACE. If you want, you can hide/delete unneeded tabs, to customise what you send to each supplier. (Just make sure you don't remove the hidden dropdowns tab.)
This allows the event organiser to compile data from multiple suppliers to understand the overall impact for an event.

How to complete:

When filling out this tool, fill out the information to the best of your ability - good estimates are better than leaving things blank. If the items on the drop down menus do not apply exactly, please select the closest match.

For tabs with tables of data, you can copy and paste these directly into TRACE, as long as the dropdowns/column order isn't changed.

TOP TIP: You can enter information as you go, but at your project kick-off all team members should be made aware of what you are measuring. This is because there are key things you will need to brief at the beginning of the project, such as collecting information about audience travel methods at the ticket purchasing stage. Embedding this information collection into your project from the start will ensure completing this tool is quick and easy.
