1 Read Challenges Level I and II – make sure you can and have done those two first. Start this level with creating a new habit – get support on it

2 Sit on a chair comfortably, set timer anywhere from 5-35 minutes. Breathe slow and deep and the “task” is to let everything be as it is, all thoughts, feelings, arisings.

3 Personal Inventory – Read Power of Purpose document, discover your weaknesses

4 Eat 6 hours of the day only, example start at 9AM – last meal 3PM

5 Skip Dinner an entire week – have liquid meal instead, or herbal tea

6 Have multiple days of Liquid diet only – See Liquid Diet Handout

7 Mono diet – eat only one thing all day: Ideas = green apple, carrot, grapes, berries, raw milk, yogurt, kefir, bone broth, raw fresh nut milk, or a psyllium/clay shake made popular by Arise and Shine

8 “Rest Practice.” Try a one-day fast, rest as much as possible – the goal is not to move much

9 Topical and Colon based detoxification: salt/oil scrubs, dry skin brushing, enemas (herbal, saltwater, coffee), Clay/herbal body packs (We carry Medi Magma – amazing!)

13 Eat only one meal today (vegan), water fast rest of day. Meal time best 8AM to 2PM pick a time...

14 – eat all raw, can be juices, and only 2-3 oz per meal raw meat/s, and dinner vegan only
