Worker was operating a forklift and struck a cement pillar, throwing him from the cabin of the forklift. The vehicle continued to move and ran him over, crushing him.

Randle and his department responded to a structure fire. Upon completion and return to the station, Randle sustained a life-threatening injury from a fall while returning equipment to vehicles. He succumbed to his injuries the next day.

Achord and his unit responded to a motor vehicle incident in which a tractor trailer had run off the road due to icy conditions. While carrying out their duties, a second driver lost control of his pickup truck and crashed into the scene, striking and injuring several people including Achord, who was pinned under a vehicle. He was extracted and rushed to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Thomas brought a water tanker up to a structural fire and then assisted in forcing entry into the building. He then returned to his vehicle to set up a water supply, and was shortly thereafter found unresponsive by fellow responders, who initiated immediate treatment. He was pronounced dead on the way to the hospital of a reported heart attack.

An employee of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority suffered cardiac arrest while shoveling several feet of snow during a snowstorm. They were found in a snow bank and brought to a hospital, where they passed away. He was (much later) identified as Gordon Van Russell.

Jordan was riding with a coworker on a highway when they pulled over to the right shoulder and Jordan exited the vehicle. He was then hit by a gold sedan and killed. It is unclear if he had been feeling sick and wandered into the roadway, or if he and his coworker had had a disagreement.

Dawson fell into the water from the barge on which he was working. His body was pulled from the river shortly after his fall, but they were unable to resuscitate him.

Maldonado was pinned between a waste loader and a tractor trailer when the waste loader backed into the tractor trailer, causing severe injuries to his upper body and killing him.
Badke, the owner of Reliable Fence & Home Modernization Company, was shot and killed by an employee, Jerry Motley. Another employee, Angelo Micale, was shot in the back and remained in hospital as of Thursday, 1/11.
The contract worker was making repairs to an elevator at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. He was later found unresponsive by hospital staff and pronounced dead.

A construction worker standing on scaffolding was found dead outside the Lizard Lounge. He had apparently touched a power line while repairing something and was electrocuted.
Torres and another truck driver had been involved in an argument when the other driver allegedly shot and killed him. Police are not currently pressing charges on the other driver.
