Instructions for submitting a Summer Workshop Proposal: DUE DATE: June 7, 2016

If you have a need to do curriculum development or other essential work over the summer, please consider submitting a proposal by using the attached proposal template. You are strongly encouraged to partne with other colleagues as appropriate in doing this work. The point is to collaborate, not work in isolation.

Make a copy of the template by right clicking "SumProposalTemplate" tab below. Select "duplicate." You will see a new tab at bottom appear called "Copy of SumProposalTemplate."
Right click on that tab and select "Rename."
Use submitter's name as new name: E.g., Alec Wyeth HS English Proposal.
Then enter your proposal's information.
Then share the document with your approving supervisor(s) (principal, director, or department chair) for them to sign off on by putting/typing their name in bottom of of form and dating it.
Then, when all is complete, share the proposal with Dr. Wyeth.

To share your document, click on "Share" button at top right and enter in the respective email addresses.
This is a good way to collaborate with other colleagues in developing your proposal.

N.B.: We have very limited funds so only involve those who must be involved and limit your time to what is absolutely needed.
We will ony be able to fund proposals that clearly target essential work tied to district and school curricular improvement and professional development needs.
