We need to have a clear document or chart that breaks down the pros and cons of an LLC, S-Corp, and C-Corp. It should be in plain language so we can understand which one is the best fit for our business needs.
2. Once we've picked the right type (LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp), we need to have all the legal paperwork filled out and officially registered. We should have a confirmation or certificate from the state that says we're legally set up and good to go.		$$16Current Sprint

Planning Legal SetupPurchase Domain Name and Check AvailabilityAs a potential business owners we want to make sure our business name and idea which will be important for branding is available not only as a business name but across all social channels.
1. We need to run a thorough search for our chosen business name to make sure no one else is using it. This includes checking official business registers, but also places like social media, websites, and anywhere else a business might have a presence.
2. After confirming our business name is available, we should immediately secure it across all major social media platforms. We want to make sure that we're the only ones using our name everywhere, not just as a registered business but also online. We should have accounts set up with our business name on all these platforms, even if we're not planning to use them right away.		$$18Current Sprint
