The second floor lounge is not. On the ground floor, one of the three available washrooms is accessible to non-motorized wheelchairs, with a 32-inch wide entrance, clearance for turning and sink, tap, soap and towels which can be reached from a wheelchair. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an ensuite washroom that is fully accessible to motorized wheelchairs. Now and then, this bedroom is occupied by overnight guests, so it is useful if Friends House staff know if access to this washroom is needed. There are 1-inch transitions from the main hallway to the front foyer and the dining room which are facilitated by movable rubber ramps. The transition to the front foyer is permanently in place, and the one to the dining room is kept behind the dining room door. There are two 2-inch transitions from the front foyer to the sun room, facilitated by two removable aluminum ramps, kept in the sun room alcove. Friends House has two wheel chairs and a number of walkers available for use, stored in the basement. Ask the person on duty for assistance.		kitchen rental available

RATE 1 is $55/hr, for performances. RATE 2 is $32.50/hr for classes, seminars, social dances. RATE 3 is $27/hr for self-help, for those struggling with addictions, etc. RATE 4 is $21/hr for rehearsals.	All main floor rooms and washrooms are wheel-chair accessible via an entry ramp. On ground floor no steps, front door only opens manually. Bathroom on mainfloor with some room for bigger chairs, but sink a little high, no bar, gender neutral. They have a ramp (homemade but workable) that they bring out to make the first entrance accessible.	yes	No. Special events license is required. If you do a bar they ask you to provide the alcohol and float. They can help out with staffing it. They are also open to providing non alcoholic beverages, like tulsi tea or sodas/juice, but ask beforehand.				They are open to anyone, but their emphasis is on making a safer space accessible to queers, especially queer people of color. During weekdays amplified music has to be done by 10 or 11 PM.
