Yellow cells = enter your data. Fill Plan Start and Plan End — light bar appears.Light bar = planned period (Plan Start to Plan End).

Fill Actual Start when work begins — solid bar appears.Solid coloured bar = actual progress (Actual Start to Actual End).

Fill Actual End when task is done.Orange bar = overdue. Task open past Plan End, or closed later than planned.

Update Status dropdown: Not started / In Progress / Done / At risk.Milestone rows (🚀) show ◇ when planned, ◆ when achieved.
