DAY 1 | Arrival

PMArrival to venueParticipants are arriving to meetings point described in infopack. Greek group is collecting them. Together, they are entering the rented bus that will take them to the crossroad under the Hopeland from where they continued approx 0.5 km to reach the venue of Hopeland. They are meeting the spot, accomodating themselves, and getting a dinner. After the dinner, they are informed about the safety rules of the place.

Informal introAfter the dinner and registration, participants are invited to informal meeting to get an idea of what is going to happen in following days, and get to knoe each other through simple energiser activities of their own choosing

DAY 1 | Intro

Morning circle + IntroMorning circle as a place for community meeting, where everybody can address any needs they might have. Apart of practical check, group leaders will officially introduce the program, its objectives, dissemination, etc. It will also a space for introducing the different working teams, and its members, and explaining the plans and working styles.

Division of reflection groupsParticipants will divide themselves into 6 groups of 5 participants and 1 group leader. Yet, the invitation is to form international groups where are maximum 2 people from the same country, to create a space for diversity and learning. The reflection groups are meeting every day with 4 main purposes:
1) to share in a safe space, and reflect on their emotions and well-being
2) to reflect on and anchor their learning of the day from the perspective of the Youthpass
3) to provide an anonymous feedback to the organisers
4) to prevent extra conflicts within the working teams

Reflection group serves extra purpose - to the service & care, little cleaning and cooking tasks necessarry for smooth running of thew community

Weapons creationWorkshop on creation of safe larp weapons. The tools will be used during larp activities, but the whole process is a great handcraft experience boosting participants cooperation and teamwork.

PMTrainingTraining in 3 categories: dance, poetry, fighting. Participants are boosting their creativity, learning to manage their energies in a safe way, and co-creating a context for the succesfull larp activity, getting more deeply immersed in the whole setting.

BattleWithin a LARP, 4 groups competed with each other. As a result, the group that gathered the least point had been dissolved within 3 other camps. PMJourney set-upParticipants were introduced to Circle of Creativity tool. (http://www.czechinspire.eu/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/circle-of-creativity-eng.jpg) After that, they were to create a teams of 4 sharing the common vision and get ready for a journey to find Medusa - a whole day trip to take in their groups.
