Rules:

Avoid Grains: Consume no grains or gluten products.

Avoid Sugar: Consume no refined sugars.

Avoid Dairy: Cream and full-fat, fermented, unsweetened dairy are allowed.

Hydrate: 1/2 oz of water per lb of bodyweight or 64oz

Sleep: Track the number of hours you sleep each night

Active Recovery: 10+ minutes of foam rolling, stretching, etc per day

Cheats:

You get 99% of the benefits from Paleo by complying 85% of the time.

1 (ONE) grain, sugar, and dairy cheat allowed per week (within a 7 day span).

Goals:

Personal goal/reward: Set a personal goal and what your reward will be at the end of the challenge.

Group Goal/Reward: A group average of 105 points per person by August 15th rewards us with a fun group trip to Brooklyn Boulders.

Punishment:

Anyone cheating outside of the allowances above will recieve a penalty of 50 burpees, to be completed within 5 days of the cheat. Notate this in your notes section!
