Pinto beansMy recipe1/8/17pressure cooker. Soaked beans 2 hours. 1.5 cups beans, 8 cups water, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 garlic clove, 1/2 tbsp seasoning, bay leaf, diced onion, 1 pepper whole, 2 slice bacon fried crispy, 1 tsp kosher salt. Cooked 20 minutes on high once it came to pressure.
