|2018 Empire Lacrosse 4th Annual Girls 7v7 Boo Bash Rules, Guidelines, Directions and Parking Info|
|2018 Girls 7v7 Boo Bash Playing Format/Rules Sheet:|
All Players MUST fill out the Registration/Waiver form online.
All Players MUST wear GOGGLES and a MOUTHGUARD.
Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 Games.
Each team should have a minimum of 12 players on their roster.
The playing field will be modified for 7v7 play.
Each team will have 1 G, 2 D, 2 M, and 2 A on the field at one time.
The games will consist of two 22 minute halves (running time) with no more than a 5 minute half.
In the event of a tie, a Braveheart will be used to determine the winner.
Each team will have one 30 second timeout per game; timeouts may not be called in the last 2 minutes of play.
A draw will only occur at the beginning of each game and the start of the second half.
Following each goal, the goalie will restart play by out-letting the ball.
Cards will be enforced. All Major and Minor Fouls will result in a free position as per USL Rules. In order to keep the flow of the game, any time serving fouls will result in a fast break for the non-fouling team.
Student Athletes may be removed from the field of play by an official at anytime for not following the rules.
If a Student Athlete is removed from a single game more than 2x's she will be suspended from the next game.
Fighting will result in an automatic ejection and players will not be permitted to play the remainder of the day.
Student Athletes that are suspended from a game or ejected from the tournament are not eligible for a refund.
All substitutions must occur on the fly.
All other rules of the game will follow USL rules.
|Directions to Park Tudor:|
From the North: Take Meridian Street (US 31) South to 71st Street. Make a Left (East) on 71st Street. Park Tudor will be on your left at the corner of 71st Street and College Avenue.
From the South: Take 465 North to the Meridian Street Exit (US 31) heading South. Take Meridian Street South to 71st Street. Make a Left (East) on 71st Street. Park Tudor will be on your left at the corner of 71st Street and College Avenue.
Please note that there is plenty of free on site parking; the gates open at 8am..
|Waiver and Consent to Treat:|
I am over 18 years of age and/or a parent/guardian of the applicant. I understand that (I am)(my child is) participating in a contact sport and that injury, death, or other loss may occur. I will ensure that (I am)(my child is) properly equipped to play at all times. I will neither hold Empire Lacrosse & Sports Inc, Empire Lax Club, Empire Elite, Team Indiana, The Indiana Lacrosse Academy, or their agents/employees ("Empire") responsible nor liable in event of an accident or injury to (me)(my child.) In the event that (I)(my child) requires medical treatment, the staff is authorized to act for me in accordance with their best judgment.
|Additional info (Team Tents, Amenities, etc):|
Team tents and outside food is permitted.
For your convenience there will be food vendors on site.
PLEASE be respectful and cleanup after your team at the end of the event.
The restrooms are located in the field house at the top of the hill by Memorial Field.
In the event of an injury, a St. Vincents Certified Athletic Trainer will be located at the Empire Tent.

Attention all Athletes, Coaches, Spectators, and Event Employees; please be aware that lacrosse is a contact sport and that injury may occur during play or when watching a game. Players must have a signed liability waiver on file and should be fully equipped at all times in order to minimize their risk for injury. Coaches, Spectators, and Event Employees should be aware of their surroundings at all times. They should be sure to never walk behind the cage during play and they should never sit too close to the field during the game. Empire Lacrosse & Sports Inc, Empire Lax Club, Empire Elite, Team Indiana, The Indiana Lacrosse Academy, or their agents/employees ("Empire") are not responsible nor liable in the event of any accidents or injuries that may occur during Empire sponsored leagues, tournaments, events, or programs.
