MERC Leaders are encouraged to keep a log book of all activities in which they lead, assist, or participate, whether at or outside the workplace. At a minimum, these log books should include the date in which the activity took place, the activity, and the approximate duration of the activity.

MERC recommends using the format used in this example AND that a separate tab is used to distinguish between Moana, Teitei, and Whenua activities. "Total Days" and "Total Hours" will update automatically. If you need a more specalized log book (i.e. climbing only, whitewater kayaking only, etc), please feel free to copy/paste the template to a new tab in the spreadsheet.
