1. Write down the names of up to 15 of the closest people in your life in Column A of the "Inventory" tab. Don’t worry if your list feels short or if long, there's no right answer.

2. Rate your satisfaction with each connection. NOT the person. Just reflect if the relationship is healthy, positive, on-track according to your needs.

In rows 27-42, indicate for each category whether your goal is to Maintain, Deepen, or Create relationships. Leave it blank if you have no action you want to take. Then, choose up to 3 of these categories as your priority for the program.

Reflect on what you've noticed through this exercise. Are there specific people you want to invest in more? Relationships you want to repair or create? Do you want to find a new community to belong to? Write down your strategy. The more specific the better.
