Applications must be filed with the Secretary of the sponsoring Lodge $1,000December 13, 2024Seniors first must complete the ELKS Most valuable Student award application print a copy , and submit it along with the New York State Cover Page for High School Seniors to the Secretary of the sponsoring Lodge in which the parent is a member.
