Digital rights and responsibilities is everyone has the right to use computers but in ethical manner. Yes. I would like to know more about rights and responsibilities.

I have had courses that covered some digital law, and I deal with copyright issues with our distance classes. We have to be careful now about what we post for students and whether or not it can be downloaded or shared with others.

I think digital rights is all about the freedom to ethically use the internet and other technologies. It could be anything from privacy issues to providing internet access. I've helped write some of the policies for our catalog and the college privacy policy.

Have never heard of digital rights & responsibilities, so I would need to learn a lot.

Only the basics in regards to potential harassment, giving false information and copyright infringement.

My answer would be yes, simply because the laws are ever changing/evolving and this there should never be a time anyone should feel 100% certain of their knowledge of the laws. A sort of never ending search for answers is how I view digital rights and responsibilities. Again, I only use common sense and research to answer any questions I may have on this subject so my knowledge is on an as needed basis.
