Since every business is different not only in their needs but where they are at in the growth process, it isn’t a one size fits all. In the past 4 years, Behdad (or Bee) has met with and assessed 682+ marketing agencies and vetted them down to a lean 90 preferred partners across all marketing niches. After pairing hundreds of businesses with the right partners, he’s found his skillset lies in the matchmaking process. 8/24/2023 10:18:33Jake CainI run a portfolio of about a dozen sites that are monetized via display ads and affiliate programs. Content strategy is what I do best. I'm open to sharing an attendee talk from stage. I understand if I'm selected, I'll be invited to the hosted speaker dinner., I'm open to leading a roundtable discussion., I'm open to one-on-one conversations with attendees.Honestly, the results in terms of traffic and revenue are a bit TBD, but it was a breakthrough in workflow for me because I was able to get access to GPT-4 (which requires a Plus subscription) to my entire team of writers so we could speed up certain types of content production.

So the before was really that we were using a variety of freelance writers to create pretty straightforward, listicle style content such as 14 Underrated Vacation Spots In California, and we're paying our writers by the hour. I'd been using GPT-4 myself to help with coming up with better titles, summarizing descriptions, and a variety of other repetitive writing tasks. However, I didn't have a great way to share GPT-4 with a team of 15+ writers/editors and didn't want to ask them to subscribe to GPT Plus to get access. The other issue is that even if we encourage writers to use GPT to write better titles and meta descriptions, their prompting skills vary widely.
I discovered a tool called Team GPT which lets me use my OpenAi API key, so I'm paying for the credits, but it allows me to create prompts for the team and they could fill in basic details and run the prompt. So we might ask the topic of the article, the name of the place, and some facts about that place - then they can run a pre-written prompt that gives them 3 versions of a paragraph to use for their article.

We're doing similar things to help writers get great title ideas, meta descriptions, outline articles, and more.

So again, it's a new process for our team, but so far it's increasing our production and reducing my cost per article as writers are able to create AI assisted content much faster, and I know they are all running consistent prompts that I've written, using the best version of OpenAI.
Content at Scale: The GPT-4 Framework That Supercharged Our Team's EfficiencyEcom, Content/Media, SaaS, ServicesAnyone who is interested in using AI (specifically GPT-4) to help scale up content in an organized way. If you're not interested in using AI to help write content, this wouldn't be of interest to you.

She has focused on creating a business foundation that prioritizes a fulfilling personal and family life, where freedom of time cultivates freedom in all other areas.I'm open to sharing an attendee talk from stage. I understand if I'm selected, I'll be invited to the hosted speaker dinner., I'm open to leading a roundtable discussion., I'm open to one-on-one conversations with attendees.I started in a 1:1 private therapy practice setting. I initially avoided building out a business with more room for revenue growth because I saw so many stories of people with massive financial success but who paid the price behind the scenes - struggling with loneliness, broken marriages and missed opportunities to see their kids growing up. I knew I didn’t want to do business that way, but I saw no other models for financial success.I took the leap and began figuring out how to design a business that prioritized personal freedom and joy, even if that meant going slower. Over the past 3 years, I have gone from making 67k annually with my online business to building a profitable half-million dollar annual business with invested team members and thriving students. I feel peaceful, calm and excited about business (and life) on a daily basis with plenty of time to be present for my kids, my social life and myself.Your Money or Your Life: How to stop sacrificing your marriage, your children and your self for a business that will never love you back. Ecom, Content/Media, SaaS, ServicesHighly ambitious entrepreneurs who have been extremely successful in business, buuUUUuuut, who understand that other areas of their life have suffered. They've begun to ask, "Wait, what is all this success for if...?"

I know, I KNOW! Nobody wants to actually admit that behind the scenes you're actually feeling pretty lonely with the burden of having to make massive decisions... and your wife doesn't even begin to understand how hard you're working, and it's not all that uncommon to be staring at the ceiling at 2 a.m. or feel like you're having a panic attack when yet ANOTHER key employee turns in their two weeks notice.

But you also know that the bar keeps moving in your business, and you've already missed out on so much in your life. You realize something needs to change, even if it feels impossible to change without all the balls dropping.
This is not for you if:
(1) You work 20 hours a week, feel emotionally and personally fulfilled and are connected to a thriving community of people who understand you
; (2) You are all about the benjamins and have zero interest in anyone or anything that gets in your way as you make it to your next 100 mill. (3) You don’t feel like (or a loved one has never given you feedback that) your success has come at a cost to other areas of your life.

8/30/2023 21:53:02Kim MerrittI'm a serial entrepreneur. I started my first company, Kim's Khocolate, at the age of eleven. I was "discovered" by Guy Kawasaki at 16, when he invited me to make Khocolate for Apple, after reading about me in a magazine. Apple became our largest client, along with Fortune 500s around the country. My second company was an e-commerce play in the home decor and tabletop space. I grew that company to $4.2M a year, but when I lost a $250K line of credit before the 2006, Xmas season, I wound up bankrupt. I picked myself up and started freelancing in the online space, which eventually turned into my current company, The URL dr. Our clients include AT&T, Denny's, Johnson & Johnson, small & mid-size companies, solopreneurs and start-ups.
