15 | Course Description | This course explores the complexities and strategies of operating and competing in the international marketplace. Students will analyze global economic, political, cultural, and technological factors influencing business decisions. Emphasis is placed on understanding cross-cultural management, global supply chains, international marketing, and strategic adaptation. Through case studies, presentations, and assessments, students will develop the skills necessary to formulate effective strategies for competing successfully in diverse global environments.The course meets for a minimum of 45 hours per seven-week period.
