20	Known Issues					The audio is horrible, and the SD cards don't read in the two cameras that I have. Customer service is spotty. However, the base of the camera is magnetic, which made it SUPER easy to mount and move around.		There was trouble loading clips last year. Scrolling through the day's events had been hard. It would download about a minute's worth of a clip and then jump back. But all those bugs have been resolved as of recently. It's also pretty sturdy as I have dropped it a few times and it always recovers.		It often cuts events in the middle and I miss parts of our conversation because the first few seconds of a clip is silent before the audio recording kicks in. Not having 24/7 recording to go back and grab the full interaction makes this an issue...however... as a FREE (or extremely cheap) option, it's not bad. wouldn't recommend buying their cameras unless they've greatly improved them, as the audio is poor. Night mode is good on their cameras, but my old cellphone doesn't have a night mode so that camera doesn't capture anything in the dark.		I don't hugely recommend the camera or the app, but if you get it for cheap, it's decent for a fulltime 24/7 cam that will capture enough to accurately log presses. Pairing process is pretty painless, and it even has an intercom feature if you want to be able to respond to your critter from afar on your phone (though our dog is not a fan of this). And, unless someone is able to identify my user error here, I'd recommend bypassing the app for recordings and just dump the SD card files if you want higher quality videos. One funny attribute I'll mention here is that the blue light that comes on in "night vision" mode seems to attract my dog, who likes to wallop it when he sees the light turn on.
