1. Cause of delay detailed information Boarding had to be temporarily stopped due to airport procedures in Madrid, where, when boarding and disembarkation routes are shared, disembarkation has priority. Once disembarkation of other airline was completed, boarding resumed.

After restarting boarding, the airport system experienced a temporary failure and stopped functioning for few minutes. During this time, boarding was carried out manually until the system was restored after restarting the computers.

Once boarding was completed, a check was performed to identify missing passengers, both on board the aircraft and within the airport boarding area. As the passengers could not be located, their baggage was offloaded in accordance with safety procedures.

After the baggage was offloaded, a travel companion of one of the missing passengers, whose baggage had also been offloaded, began to feel unwell, dizzy, and nervous. The passenger entered the Business Class cabin and sat down, stating that he felt dizzy. After being informed by the cabin crew, the passenger returned to his assigned seat and class.

Finally, while the Captain waiting to sign the second edition of the load sheet, the internet connection in the parking area was very slow, which caused a delay in the signature process

Investigation of delay root cause/Evaluation of justification given by own staff /GHAThis series of delay was unavoidable due to airport operational constraints and safety procedures, including mandatory priority to disembarkation and required baggage offloading for missing passengers. Additionally, temporary airport system and connectivity issues were beyond our control and were handled in accordance with established safety and operational protocols.
