Google Forms for Formative Assessments, Dr. Ryan Visser, In this session, we will explore how Google Forms and Spreadsheets allow teachers to collect student responses to short, low-stakes formative assessments. We will also take a looking at Flubaroo, a script that is built into the spreadsheet that can be used to grade the responses and identify student needs.

Google Forms 101, Dr. Chris Peters, If you've ever wanted to collect information from a lot of people and automatically organize and analyze that information for you, Google Forms will knock your socks off. This completely free, easy-to-use online service lets you create long or short forms with a variety of question types, including fill-in-the-blank, multiple choice and Likert Scale ratings. Forms can be used for checking your students' understanding of course content, managing sign-up for a class field trip, collecting parent contact information, or any other information gathering task usually accomplished with printed forms. The results are automatically arranged in an online table that can be sorted, edited and analyzed without any technical expertise. Come find out what Google Forms can do for you.

Cyber Influence/Cyber sexual bullying & the Media/Technology Influence, Aaron Bryan Target Audience-K-12 all subject areas This session will explore media and technology influence on youth risk behavior. Participants will gain a better understanding of risk behavior among South Carolina Youth. During the session participants will discuss cyber dangers with an emphases on cyber sexual bullying. The presenter will also provide resources that address sexting and its implications.

Tackling Challenging Common Core Math Standards for Grade 5 Dr. Patty Smith, Fifth grade teachers and interventionists will explore strategies to strengthen instruction and learning of standards addressing:
o    Understanding the place value system from thousandths to millions
o    Solving multi-step word problems for the four operations
o    Various strategies for division of whole numbers
o    Strategies for operations with decimals
o    Addition and subtraction of fractions
o    Multiplication of fractions
o    Division with fractions

This webinar explores valuable tools available to you and your students, including online assessment and differentiated instruction resources.
