This is my only go to products for laying my edges. It last all dayyyy long, in all weather environments. It has a smooth texture so when it’s applied it doesn’t give any cakey residue. Definitely gives the shine you’re looking for. Would definitely recommend this product for every day use.

Was great, but ingredients and size changed.

Different formula from one year ago. Definitely smaller than before. The salon THE HAIR PORT EXTENSIONS in NY used to sell their edge control from the salon and it was way larger and the ingredient was different at $15. I went to the salon for it and they said it's on Amazon. I am not too happy with the outcome. Although it temporary laid my 4C natural edges for a full day or two, it is barely molding my hair down. Let's see how long it keeps my flyaway down.

Perfect for freedivers/mermaids

This glue is insane. I used it for three hours freediving in the ocean, through the rest of the day, and through a shower. Even after finally getting it off, I still can't get all the glue off my face - I have used a wig glue dissolver (acetone based), soap and water, makeup remover (oil based), and rubbing alcohol and there is still some residue. I wholely believe the people who say it has lasted for over a week. You still have to properly install your wig of course but wow!! It also lasted for 2 hours in a freshwater dive spot, I suspect it would have lasted for much longer as well.

My wife was recommended to purchase this glue by several hair stylists in a salon because that is what they all use on their clients. My wife was extremely satisfied with the results of this glue. Not only did it last several weeks holding down her wig installed. She was even more impressed of when going swimming for several days during our vacation and it still held for 2 more weeks after being in salt water. After vacation she decided to remove it herself because the glue wasn’t given in. The name Vice Grip really lives up to its name. Best hair glue that actually does what is says.

This has to be the best glue ever. I used it for an install for a trip to Jamaica and my wig lasted the entire 5 days. Pool, river, beach, the glue proved to be water resistant and the install stayed intact. Perfect glue for a getaway hairdo!

I'm not a huge fan of this product but I still am working with it. It tends to drip so use a little and spread it then let it dry and perhaps it won't be so drippy. This product is great for Fall months versus the summer when the heat is quick to remove the glue.
