WarrantyWhat is the warranty period for KIKI & SEBBY™ products?

Angel Babybox and B-SPROUT Sleep Habitat carries our limited warranty of 12months from manufacturer's defect. You may refer to our Product Warranty Policy to know more.

DeliveryHow will delivery be arranged for my orders?

We are able to arrange delivery to Singapore through our appointed delivery partners. Minimum order of SGD80.00 has to be fulfilled for our free standard delivery which will take around 2-7 business days after dispatch. You may refer to our Dispatch & Delivery Policy to know more.

DeliveryCan we get our orders delivered internationally?

We appreciate each of our customer's support! We will try our best to get our shipping partner to provide their quotation to deliver door to door to your address. Please email us on the items you would like to purchase, your contact and delivery address. We will reply you once we have the quote for your delivery charges. You may then decide and place your orders and payment with us. You may refer to our Dispatch & Delivery Policy to know more.

If you have received the wrong items or items are spoilt through no fault of yours, please email us with clear pictures of the items and we will process your case within 3 business days. Please return with all original receipts, original packaging and parts as it has been received by you. You may refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy to know more.

Returns/RefundsCan I change my mind after I have received my orders?

Please notify us no later than 14days upon receiving your items - if you have changed your mind on your purchases. It will be at our discretion to allow a refund or exchange for you. Please return with all original receipts, original packaging and parts as it has been received by you. You may refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy to know more. Kindly also take note of the items that are NOT RETURNABLE, REFUNDABLE & EXCHANGEABLE. Shipping fees for such cases will be borne by you.

Our ultimate motto is to serve all our customers well. However, there are items and situations that we are not able to process a return, refund or to exchange your purchased items. We seek your best understanding that all items bought at a sale, or promotion are not allowed for return, refund or exchange. Also for hygiene purposes: swaddles, mattress, mattress protector / sheets, sleeping bags and muslin products that have been opened and used are also not allowed for return, refund or exchange.
