This Google Sheets contains a simple traffic estimator. You can estimate how much traffic a site might get if it were to rank in the top 10 for a specific keyword or a list of keywords. If you know the sites conversion rate, you can also estimate conversions.

If you want to make a copy of the Google Sheet, you will need to be signed into your Google Account. If you just want to download an Excel version, you don't need to be signed into Google.

Sign into your Google account first. Click “File”, then click “Make a Copy”.
