Self-Employed - Clear VisionConsultant916 Pioneer Ave., Zeeland, MI 49464www.jacklynn.orgI am proposing the idea that Clear Vision, represented by Jack Lynn, would connect with students who may be interested in seeing more “up close and personal” the real church world and consulting world. For the student who would choose to participate in this he/she would see and experience the following things:
1. A variety of real life case studies of actual churches and the inner workings of those churches. This would include being able to participate in some board meetings, staff meetings, staff interviews, planning sessions, strategic planning sessions, prayer times, and a variety of other experiences.
2. I would spend time teaching them how I do staff assessments at local churches
3. They would be given opportunity to participate in addressing some of the great leadership challenges that churches I am working with are facing
4. They would participate in significant discussions about approaches to leadership, to problem-solving, and to pro-active versus re-active leadership principles
Students who may be interested in going into some avenue of ministry in a local church including Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, Youth Director, Worship Leader, Discipleship Ministry, Missions Ministry, and other roles that staff members may fill at any given churchMonday, May 5, Tuesday, May 6, Wednesday, May 7, Thursday, May 8, Monday, May 12, Tuesday, May 13, Wednesday, May 14, Thursday, May 15Yes, the student is invited to stay at my home.3-4 days
