Temp Spike will be .4 - 1.0 higher and should have 3 temps above the last 6 to point out ovulation. Temp should be taken orally, vaginally, or rectally.
OPKsOPK's are used to show an LH surge. A + will show 12 - 48 hours BEFORE ovulation. However you can get a + and not ovulate at that time or at all. You can also get - and still ovulate.

Take this 5 days before O day, O day itself and 1-2 days past O day. Drink a big glass of water with it. Follow the dosage instructions on the bottle and don't exceed the max dose.
ClomidClomid is used to induce Ovulation, Clomid prescribed by a doctor. These shouldnt be taken unless you are NOT ovulating on your own, or have issues ovulating. These drugs should not be taken lightly because they can damage your fertility health rather then help if not taken right. Taken in the beginning of the cycle. CDs 3-7, 4-8 or 5-9.

Femara is newer with less studies, it is more expensive but doesn't have the negative effects on lining like Clomid does.
