17		Nether	2 Medium	Greatly Improve Auto-Rose Restart Time - Fix Nether	Multiverse		AutoRose Restart takes 15mins mainly due to a bloated Nether world. This can be fixed by tweaking how the nether works. The Nether has a tp/travel ratio to main world of 7 to 1. This makes the nether 7x bigger than the main world and a real backup problem.
