4	Baronessa and Praetoria	Prima & Violeta	*	Lots happening, several investitures (Thescorre, Bog, Delftwood) happening in the next year so they will need largesse. Please keep donating. Please keep sending award recommendations. Please come hang out at martial activities and bring A&S, join Violeta. Food collections at practice- coordinated by Ustiny, a large bin will be going in tomorrow to Zion Lutheran food bank. There was also dog and cat food donated to Action for Animals at 12th night. We are going to give to different food banks throughout the year. Next will be a small branch of the Pgh Food Bank.
5	Seneschal	Hara 2/26-2/28	*	Still feeling "wet behind the ears." If something isn't actually necessary for business meeting she'll learn to shunt it off in different directions.
6	Herald	Michi 12/25-12/27	*	Comet Puirsuivant. Turlough has agreed to be a deputy. He'll start helping with courts, reports, etc. A fairly new scadian Sym Frazier has ASL experience and has reached out with interest in sign heralding. They will try it at Iris festival and if it works move forward.
7	Knight Marshal	Patrocles 10/25-10/27		Isabelle has been helping with archery while Niall has been busy. No report from Rapier or Heavy. Outdoor practice starts April 26. Niall would like the first archery Stellar Tourney 1st weekend in May. Practice has continued. April 19 will be last indoor practice, but there is also a regional muster that day as well. Report went in on time. Baronial Championship should also happen in May- in concert with Violeta.
8	Minister of Arts and Sciences	Elinor 2/25-2/27	*	So much A&S happening, it took two full emails to espress it all to the barony. Iron Comet Challenge- we really need to get the fighters aware of this- the other activity that weekend has no fighting, so we could get a great regional attendance. Working with Turlough to do a demo of martial A&S, show it at War Practice, Ingvar will go to a few musters and encourage there, also talking to Knights and MODs about getting their dependents to try it. We encouraged using MOL table at coronation as another outreach. FIber guild has restarted, but attendance is still weak. This week is measurement month- anyone can come get their measurements done, or learn how to do them. Moniers guild and brewers guild are meeting soon. Please contact Elle with events as soon as possible so they can be included in monthly newsletters.
9	Chronicler	Emilia 2/26-2/28	*	First quarter newsletter went out March 31. Next will go out June 30- deadline is June 15 for content. Sent in a new report. Great feedback from many in the populace. There will be a game of some sort.
10	Exchequer	Forveleth 6/25-6/27	*	Finances are good- we made money on 12th Night, iFeastii likely broke even or made a little. New quarterly report form will be "entertaining." She will be helping at Troll at Coronation because their exchequer is new and wanted help with closing out.
11	Minister of Lists	Skjoldr 2/24-4/26	*	Ran a few tournaments, next will be Iris Festival archery. MoL term ends, election will be tonight.
12	Chatelaine	Svava 10/22-10/26	*	We had a wonderful StPat's parade, weather wasn't horrid for once. Pride Millvale email received, and in planning. Camp Inspire reached out for help with a camp in July, and she's reaching out for details. She's aware that her second term is ending in October, and is starting to explore for replacements. Lawrenceville has reached out for the Memorial Day parade, which will be explored.
13	Web Minister	Niall 4/25-4/27	*	Website redesign kickoff meeting occured, and sandbox is being set up with kingdom so we can start testing out layout designs. Emails have changed over from officer updates, blog access, etc.

21	St Brigid's Inn 2/21/26			Well run and well received. Final profit $127.80 They have officially named the building St Brigid's Inn. Violeta reports that she met a returning member who loved it and is playing again, as well as a new member.
22	St Patrick's Day Parade			About 2 dozen people, lots of contact and fun.
23	IFeastii 4/5/26			Small but delightful event, lots of positive feedback, some variation on the event will happen in the future. Expenses in process. Table decorations and Wall hangings made it very immersive.
24	Archery Muster 4/18/26- selection for Scarlet Guard Inn			They have a format planned to pick the Scarlet Guard competitor in about an hour. Magdalena has requested that we get a head count with member/non-member and waivers for non-members. Per Magdalena the difference is whether or not it is listed on the kingdom site.
25	Iris Festival 5/24/26 Japanese_Iris_Festival_and_Iron_Comet_Challenge.docx			Hara- Iron Skillet, Iron Comet, A&S. Alert this is a Sunday. Larder requests must be picked up by the Monday before, due to steward vacation.
26	Agincourt 10/24/26 Agincourt 2026 Bid Financials.xlsx			no horses this year because the site can't handle horse trailers yet, but hopefully next year. We have been requested by Gesa (Society) about giving up the insurance certificate and Hara is checking with Yarden

33	Twelfth Night Bid 2027 12th night bid form.pdf			Communication and Advertising Coordinator needed. "Event Crier" Emilia agreed to do Event Crier and tokens. Gerschon will help her get discord started. Bid approved with need to add set up and tear down, also talk to Muirgheal and Kattera about sound dampening supplies.
34	Garb Swap - Sunday 7/12/26			Constance has already agreed, same site as last year in North Park, room for heavy and fencing but not archery.
35	MoL election gerschon_letter_of_intent.pdf			Gerschon read their letter, Skjoldr offers to fill in again any time needed but is happy not to run for a second term at this time. Elinor reports that Gerschon is a very good MOL, and was trusted by Atlantia to run their speed tourney. Skjoldr says they caught a mistake he made, is personable, skillfull and easy to work with. Emelia abstained, otherwise all yeas.
36	Memorial Day Parade? 5/25			Svava will review the email and consider. It is the day after Iris Festival.
37	Fall Crown Tourney Bid anyone? Due May 1 for 2nd weekend October			Will put out an email so the whole barony knows. Autocrats need a mentor the first time you autocrat in the barony.
38	DEIB Deputy Seneschal			Libby and Ceindrech are going to take this on together. We would like to start with a survey, and Emilia has survey design experience and volunteered to help. Violeta also asked that we consider renewing the information on how people wanted to receive awards (advance notice, in court, not in court, etc) Run survey past Astrid to avoid problems

40	Schedule Budget Meeting			April 22, Forveleth will put out call for budget requests, virtual and at Hara's.
