11/18Thoughts on condensing all of the "Advice" tabs so there is only one tab vs. 3 (with the most recent advice being on the leftmost side & very clearly indicated as being the most recent)done, done, done! 11/23

11/18Thoughts on maybe eventually consolidating all of the features of a program (like in both post-iv review and the impressions tab, maybe even the cities) and then having just an IV tab w/ specifics on actual interview day/qs in an "inverview" tab or smmaybe a "Program Review" tab that includes post-IV review, impressions, etc. and then an "Interview Day" tab with info about social, IV day logistics, and Qs?

12/8Not sure if I could have just missed this, but thoughts on adding PSLF status? Obviously uncertain time for it but was curious to know! > are they not all nonprofit employers? > Detroit Medical Center is a for-profit hospital so if that is the official employer (vs. Wayne State), then would assume would not be eligible for PSLF. Not sure about any others & would also be curious too but I think largely most residencies are eligible

12/16Don't love how spread out impressions are; there are some on IV day, Program Review, Awards, and Name & Shame. Not sure how to consolidate this betterOne way I can think would be to move "Vibes" from IV Day to Program Review (under commentary), so the IV Day contains objective info only. I feel like awards is more for funzies and name & shame is important to be separateoh hm the way i read "vibes" on the IV tab was like vibes of just the interiew day

added Program Rankings tab that has Doximity reputation ranks for all 3 specialties (MP, Peds, and IM)

a suggestion to whoever creates next year's sheet - make sure it's a Google sheet, NOT an Excel (.xlsx) so you all can take advantage of the protect cell feature
