Insurance Policies – Service Provider shall at his own cost procure and provide all necessary insurance for his Direct Contract Works.
(a) Public Liability (not less than $2 Million).
(b) Professional indemnity insurance (not less than $1 Million).
(c) Any other Insurance Policy as deem necessary.

Successful Tenderer is required to comply with HDB/MA/ MCST/ SPPL requirements for Insurance & Indemnity. 		InclusiveThe Service Provider shall at its own cost effect and maintain appropriate insurance policies.
