Step 2Participating UniversitySellect eligible students and collect the following information from them:3 months prior to the program start

Step 3Participating UniversityThe contact person to confirm all the necessary information collected, then inform SIT International Services Office.2 months prior to the program start

Step 4SITStart receiving preparation. (Will ask the contact person additional question/information when necessary)2 months prior to the program start

Step 5Participating UniversityShare with SIT the following:3 weeks prior to the program start

d) copy of e-ticket in PDF form
12
e) copy of certificate of travel insurance covering the whole program period

f) accommodation information
