Non-CCC events must be applied for AT LEAST TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE to be approved by the Board. Otherwise, the same instructions as below still apply.

We HIGHLY encourage you to book a room. You may be asked to leave without a booking.

Please note that bookings will be confirmed by the church office on a first-come first-served basis.

2. The office will email you confirmation of your booking or offer you alternative options if your request cannot be met.

3. The spreadsheet will then be updated with your booking.

4. Please advise cancellation to Church Office / Administrator ASAP to allow other people to book your cancelled room.
