Paralysis
Now drops your speed by 75% like in previous gens, but can no longer give full paralysis.

Drowsiness
Can be inflicted by moves like Yawn and Rest. Pokemon with this status have a 25% chance to not move on each turn. Volatile status, but can also be cured by either using an Electric-type move or staying in for a full 5 turns.

Frostbite
Frostbite replaces Freeze. Frostbite is a Burn clone that reduces Special Attack.

Burn, Frostbite
Can now be automatically cured by staying in for a full 5 turns. Cured at the end of the final turn.

Recovery moves
All of these have been changed to their pre-Gen 9 status, and now have 16 PP.

Type chart changes
Fairy no longer resists Bug, Ice now resists Poison, and Water is now weak to Poison. (Clarification: Ice can actually preserve viruses and bacteria inside of it for millions of years, so it would make sense for it to resist Poison. Water being constantly polluted and intoxicated makes it weaker to Poison moves.)

Strong and Agile style
By giving a Pokemon the Scroll of Strength or the Scroll of Speed, they can use a Strong or Agile-style move once per battle. Strong-style moves give a 25% BP and accuracy boost to the move used, but drop Speed by 25%. Likewise, Agile-style moves increase Speed by 25%, but lower a move's BP by 25% to compensate. These are announced on switch-in.

Multiple Megas
You can now use multiple Mega Evolutions on a team, albeit with a catch. The first Pokemon you Mega Evolve works like normal, but afterwards, any Pokemon that wants to Mega Evolve must undergo an X-turn wait, where X is the amount of Mega Evolved Pokemon on your team. Starts on switch-in and resets on switch-out.

Shadow (New weather)
The new Shadow weather has been added with the following effects: Whilst in Shadow, Ghost-type moves are boosted by 50%, and active Pokemon that are not Ghost or Dark type take 1/16ths of their max HP as chip damage at the end of every turn.

Ubers/AG
The following Pokemon are banned from OU by default: Floette-Eternal-Mega, Alakazam-Mega, Lucario-Mega, Salamence-Mega, Metagross-Mega, Kangaskhan-Mega, Ursaluna, Ursaluna-Bloodmoon, Landorus-Incarnate, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Arceus, Darkrai, Shaymin-Sky, Mewtwo, Mewtwo-Mega-X, Mewtwo-Mega-Y, Zygarde, Zygarde-Complete, Kyogre, Kyogre-Primal, Groudon, Groudon-Primal, Rayquaza, Xerneas, Yveltal. Rayquaza-Mega and Zygarde-Complete-Mega are banned to AG.
