3. वापसी यात्रा के लिए रिटर्न टिकिट उपलब्ध नहीं था जैसा कि इस बिल में दर्शाया गया है |
No return ticket was available for the journey for which the claim has been made in the bill.

4. मैं औपचारिकता मात्र के लिए नहीं अपितु केंप में उन सभी दिनों में वास्तविक रूप से उपस्थित रहा था जिसके लिए दैनिक भत्ते की मांग इस बिल में की गई है |
I was actually and not merely contructively present in the camp for the day for which daily allowance has been claimed.

5. जिन दिनों के लिए दैनिक भत्ते की मांग की गयी है उनमें से न तो किसी भी दिन आकस्मिक अवकाश पर था और न निर्बंधित अवकाश पर था |
I was not on casual leave or estricted holiday on the days for which daily allowance has been claimed in the bill.

6. जिस यात्रा के लिए सड़क से माईलेज की मांग की गई है उस यात्रा में राजकीय वाहन का उपयोग नहीं हुआ है |
The Govt. conveyance was not utilised for the journey for which road mileage allowance has been claimed in the bill.

7. जिस यात्रा का सड़क माईलेज अनुपूरक नियमों के नियम 45 के अनुसार उच्च दर से मांगा गया है कि यात्रा मैंने किसी एसे वाहन में एक सीध लेकर नहीं की जो निर्दिष्ट स्थानो के बीच निरंतर चलती है और एक निश्चित दर चार्ज करती है |
I did not perform the road journey for which mileage allowance has been claimed at higher rate prescribed in Rule 45 of the Supplementary Rule by taking a single seat in any other public conveyance which regularly plies for hire between fixed points and charged fixed rates.

8. मैंने यह भी प्रमाणित करता हूँ यात्रा किसी ऐसे वाहन से भी नहीं की गयी है जिसके रख रखाव पर होने वाले व्यय का भी भुगतान न किया गया हो |
I also certify that the journey was not performed in any other vehicle without payment of its hire charges incurring its running expenses.

9. मेंने यह यात्रा किसी संगठन के कर्मचारी अथवा राजकीय कर्मचारी के साथ उसके कार में नहीं की है |
I did not perform road journey along with any other employee of this Sangathan Govt. Servant in a car belonging to him.

10. मुझे केन्द्रीय सरकार राज्य सरकार अथवा किसी स्थानीय निकाय की नि:शुल्क खाने या ठहरने की सुविधा नहीं मिली | भ्रमण की अवधि में किसी राजकीय कार्यालय या विद्यालय में नही ठहरा|
I was not provided with free boarding and lodging at the expesses of the Central Govt., State Govt. local body. I did not stay in a Govt. Office Vidyalaya during my tour.

11. मुझे इस यात्रा के लिए कोई भी अग्रिम यात्रा भत्ता नहीं मिला जिसकी मांग इस बिल में की गयी है |मुझे .................................. की अग्रिम धनराशि दिनांक ..................................... को मिली |

3. प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि जिस यात्रा के लिए यात्रा भत्ता व दैनिक भत्ता चार्ज किया गया है वह संबन्धित अधिकारी द्वारा वास्तव में संगठन के हित में की गयी थी
/ Certified that the Journey for which T.A/D.A. has been claimed in the present bill were actually performed by the officer concerned in the interest of the Sangathan.
