I use routines. I make the smoothies every morning right when I wake up, and I always use the same ingredients. I make the muffins ahead of time and always have a weekly supply in the fridge. I take them to work with me and eat them before class. If I was not pregnant, I would probably be able to skip them or save them until lunch.
Search Pinterest for easy healthy muffins. They are quick and easy to make and eat.

I pack lunch every day, and it was an easy adjustment for me to start throwing a banana & yogurt in there, too! I also have a box of protein bars at work, so if I forget, I can still eat something.

Once you start doing it, your body gets used to it and won't let you go without breakfast!! Make it something easy like a yogurt so there's no excuse not to. For example, I like eggs, but don't have time to cook them in the morning, so I make a big batch of hard boiled eggs that can be prepared and eaten very quickly in the morning.

I try not to limit myself to an idea of what breakfast "should" be and eat whatever is easily available - a salad, rice and beans, apple with almond butter, whatever. But I make sure I eat or I get cranky quickly!
My favorite breakfast is toast with almond butter, a TSP of chia seeds on it and topped with dried blueberries. Quick, easy, delicious, and keeps me going for hours.

Keep it simple. I do a shake everyday because it takes me less than 5 minutes to make it. If I'm running late, I can drink it in the car. If you like eating breakfast, make sure you have a shake recipe as a backup for when the morning gets crazy and you run out of time. If you don't like shakes, have some bars in your house for a quick grab so you at least are getting some calories and protein to start your day. :-)
