Unfortunately, when hyperactivated, CAR T-cell activity can get out of control, |
leading to severe side effects and in some cases death. We have a novel technology that allows us to regulate the activation of CAR T-cells.
Using this technology, we can activate T-cells enough to induce cancer cell killing, but prevents hyperactivation and the associated side effects.
Greatly increasing the safety of this promising new class on therapeutics. We are looking for team member that are passionate about the development of cancer therapeutics.
