1	Roll Call	Everyone except BSF and Missoula present at the beginning.

5	Nov 17	Mandatory training for host club timers

7	New FIS Rules	results must be submitted correctly initially, you will no longer be able to correct them after the fact.

9	JN's Overview	IMD will travel under a group booking from Seattle on 3/9/23 athletes will need to arrive in a specific time window.
10		We will stay at an airport hotel the night of 3/9 and then take one plane to Fairbanks
11		We will stay at the Wedgewood Hotel - meals, lodging, etc will be provided through Wedgewood.
12		We will return on 3/17 together as a team back to seattle and then athletes will need to find their own travel back to their homes or final destinations.
13		We will identify our exact travel times soon.
14		Athletes fares to and from Seattle won't be included in the IMD trip costs.
15		There will be a shuttle service from Wedgewood to the venue each day
16		Liz Stephen will be in the IMD Coordinator for meal plans
17		Leah, Emma, and Andrew agreed to design the IMD hats for this year
18		Liz and Will will attend the JN's OC meeting on 11/8 since Andrew is busy
19		Andrew will be the JN Team Leader with Liz as the assistant team leader
20		Will is on a committee to design future JNQ and JN formats
21		Rick will rent two SUVs for coaches and wax team in Fairbanks.

23	Wax Changes	No fluros can exist on skis at any USSS sanctioned event in the US. Registration fees at all sanctioned races will increase by $3 for a fluro testing charge.
24		If athletes test positive (the test takes 3 weeks) that result will not count on their USSS career.

26	SV Supertour	No IMD wax protocol except for U14/12s, open non-fluro waxing for the rest of the races.

28	IMD Athlete Reg	Will go live next Friday, 11/18 and needs to completed 7 days before the first JNQ

30	West Yellowstone	10k skate for U18s and up and 5k for U16s, U14/12 options as well

32	IMD Wax Policy	Will, Zach, and Gerrit are in touch with other regions about considering standardizing waxing with the same protocol for all western regions.

34	Western Club Championships	Should we send a unifed IMD team? Luna could be the trip leader.

36	IMD JN Qualification Criteria	All coaches need to read through the criteria thoroughly before our next IMD meeting
