8/19/20154 hoursToday I actually got to socialize with many more customers because Ms. Bernal allowed me to accompany her to a catering she had to let me get a perspective on how they decide how much to charge, and how to create a better customer relationship. After we got back from the catering I went back to their office and helped make a calendar with the meetings and caterings they had within that month to help them be more organized 10 Hours

10/4/20157 hoursThis day I was in charge of organizing lots of peperwork that had been piled up, from bills to unnecesary items (fun, right?). I had started off by doing this, but after a while the restuarant manager noticed one of the waitresses was not going to show up. She asked me if I was okay with helping her out for a while until someone else showed up and I said of coarse. Being manager means picking up other peoples slack which was proven to me that day.7 Hours
