https://sustainability.fullerton.edu/sustainabilitymonth/10/7/20Wednesday12pm-1pmTitan Clean Air DayZoom webinarCSU FullertonOffice of Sustainability, Parking & TransportationFor a brief period in March 2020, California achieved some of the cleanest air in the Country. After the Independence Day holiday, we had some of the worst. Smoke from wildfires, now year-round, means that air pollution can occur even in the most pristine locations. Collectively we have the power to change the world and can choose to do so in ways that help. Celebrate Titan Clean Air Day on October 7 by joining the conversation and learn ways to clean the air.
Join us in challenging yourself to create clean air in your community by taking the pledge at cleanairday.org/individual-pledge/CSUFOpens in new window

http://bit.ly/ClimateCrisisSJSU10/23/20Friday12pm-1pmClimate Crisis: Impacts and SolutionsZoom webinarSan Jose StateOffice of Sustainability
The Climate Crisis is already affecting ecosystems and communities
across the globe, but it is not too late to take action. The climate reality
presentation will show you how! The presentation is non-partisan,
from the perspective of science. The presentation is broken into three
parts – Must We Change, Can We Change and Will We Change. In Must
We Change, we talk about the crisis itself, how it happened and what
effect it is having on the planet. In Can We Change, we talk about the
technologies that currently exist to deal with the problem. In Will We
Change, we talk about what is being done now, across the planet, as
well as what you can do by yourself and with others in your community.
There will be time for Q&A to address any questions you may have.
