This spreadsheet is supposed to guide the opperations departments through build season. It consists of four parts:

Timeline: This is the main schedule. The bars on the right represent the timeframes that the items on the left are supposed to be completed in. To add a new Bar, add the start date, name and durration. Highlight the entire row, then select the desired bar color as the fill color for the entire row. The bars will be added automatically based on the start date and duration

Parts Tracking sheets: Each entry in this table represents a new part. Fill out all of the data. 3D printed parts will show up in the 3D printer que sheet in their respective priority levels. There is no need to edit the 3D Printer que sheet

COTS Parts sheet: This tracks all of the COTS parts on the robot, as well as their price. The grand total is the total cost of parts on the robot. Remaining is the amount of money worth of parts that still need to be orderd

Motors Sheet: This contains all of the information for each motor. Remeber that the CAN loop starts at the Rio and Terminates at the PDP. For the purposes of this sheet, the first controller in the CAN loop after the Rio is given a position of one. The second controller is in position 2, and so on. The CAN IDs are diffreent and can be entered by controlls
