#1: Fill in the school and directors name.

#2: List all solo events first starting on line #1

A: Under the "Solos/Ensembles" column, click on the cell, and then select the event using the pull down menu.

B: Under the "Performer's Name" list the student's name.

C: Skip the "Number in Group" column (it is for ensemble events only)

D: List the student's grade in school under the "Grade in School" column.

E: Click on a "Piano Needed" cell and Use the pull down menu to indicate whether a piano is needed.

NOTE: You may use the copy and paste function in the pull down menu areas

#3: List all Ensembles events starting on the next line following your final solo event.

A: Under the "Solo/Ensembles" column, use the pull down menu to choose the correct ensemble entry

B: Under the "Performer's Name(s)", list ONE DESIGNATED STUDENT'S NAME.

C: List the number of students in the ensemble under the "Number in Group" column.

D: List the grades of all participating students under the "Grade in School" column.

E: Use the pull down menu in the "Piano Needed" Column to indicate if a piano is needed.
