1. Where applicable, predefined drop down lists have been created and added to the relevant sections on each of the tabs. These are visible on the Dropdown lists tab.

2. Each list corresponds to the relevant heading in each of the tabs. The tab has also been highlighted above the list name.

3. Should you wish to add more options to the relevant drop down, you can add it to the bottom of the applicable list on the Dropdown lists tab.

4. Alternatively, you can also add it anywhere in the list, by inserting a cell in the relevant position.
