MPS courses that have been approved for the Information Systems (IS) and Human and Social Systems (HSS) are noted as such on the following pages.

Data Science = DS
Interactive Technology = IT
User Experience = UX
Network, Crowds, and Markets = NCM
Electives = E. Please note: All INFO, CS, STSCI courses at ≥5000-level that are not IS/HSS are automatically pre-approved as electives.
DTI Electives = DTI-E Recommended for DTI students. Students who are not enrolled in the DTI project course may still enroll and count these courses as MPS electives.

INFO 7090 IS Colloquium - This course is intended for PhD students only. MPS students are not allowed to enroll.

INFO 5000 CPT Practical Training in Information Science for International Students - If you have had a CPT approved you MUST enroll in this course during the semester following your CPT, i.e. Summer CPT enroll in INFO 5000 in the fall term.
