If you are EN player,and you haven't understand how 6-3N corpse drag works, I suggest you take a look at that guide first.

Remember the point of corpse dragging is to save resources, so keep your Zas' link as low as possible.


x1 linked zas,Damage ≥ 95,RoF 56~62 or 69~74 or 79~88 , SL can be 1

Below informations about RoF are to be discussed since RoF matters alot. Actual measure is to make sure your Zas can shot 6 times before nading while not affecting the nade timing.
2x linked zas,Damage ≥ 51,RoF 56~62 or 69~74,SL 1~4
3x linked zas,Damage ≥ 35,RoF 56~62 or 72~74,SL 1~4
4x linked zas,Damage ≥ 26,RoF 69~74,SL 1~10
5x linked zas,Damage ≥ 26,RoF 69~74,SL 1~10

Make sure Nade Damage: Damage Stat × Skill Multiplier × formation buff × fairy aura ≥ 95
(Read About Dinergate section below for explanation)

PS: Don't overbuff your Zas' damage, just hit the requirements(FP and RoF) then stop to prevent overkilling which would fail the run.
5x linked Zas does not matter if the nade is not centered since she can clear anyway, but lower linked Zas if cannot clear 2~3 doggos in time after nade when nade is not centered, the run is ruined.

What happen if damage is too high?

Firstly, high damage would affect the amount of dinergate you kill, you might kill extra dinergate.( Refer to About Dinergate Section )
Same goes to the link of dinergate/tarantula, from 5 > 4 or something.
As the result, Zas' nade is not centered and doesn't kill all the dinergate/tarantula, and you fail the run.

Usually, high RoF(of course not too high) low damage is harder to fail, but low RoF high damage fails almost everytime.
So please control your Zas' stat enhancement carefully.

Can i use other guns for 8-1N?

MG
Has to be x5 linked, non PKP or Hunting Impulse MG has to reach 15 Clip Size, Damage ≥ 96
All MGs have a chance to not kill all dinergates in time and fail the run, some MGs have lower chance to fail ( Hk21, PKP ), some MGs have higher chance to fail ( normal MGs ).

SMG
Due to the problem of SMG's nade landing position, it is hard to guarantee damageless corpse drag, so it is not recommended.
Vector, PP19 works but as stated above has moderate chance to fail the run, although if you know how to, you can kite to get more consistent result.

Other AR
This would require extremely high firepower and RoF, which would make you have to use specific guns and fairies. That defeats the point of dragging in 8-1N, where you can use whatever corpse you want and save resources.

Why Zas can do it reliably but not SMG with similar skill?

Basically its because of how fast their nades land. Zas is significantly faster than others. Refer to the chart below.

Besides, as an AR, Zas also has higher base FP than SMG, makes it easier to reach the FP target ( for both nade damage and also normal attack to kill that one specific doggo, read more about this at about Dinergate section.)
With that said, SMGs like Vector and PPS43 can still do it reliably with sufficient kiting.

About Tarantula

For Tarantula,
Total 65,which are 13 group of x5 links, HP=78,

After deducting the +2 damage that is added when AP > Enemy Armor ,Nade Damage has to hit 76
Take 0.85(Lowest damage roll) to make sure not get bitten by dog,Nade Damage has to be 76/0.85=89.41, Take 90.
Which means Damage Stat × Skill Multiplier × formation buff × fairy aura =90 is needed to guarantee killing tarantula.


Also, Zas' nade ignore armor, +2 damage applies to her if you wonder why.

About Dinergate

For Dinergate
Total 75,which is 15 groups of x5 links, HP=82
After deducting the +2 damage that is added when AP > Enemy Armor, Nade Damage has to hit 80
Take 0.85(Lowest damage roll) to make sure not get bitten by dog, Nade Damage has to be 80/0.85=94.11, Take 95.

Due to the fact that when compared to 63n;s doggo, there is one more dinergate which is on coordinate of 8 on Y-axis(it is slightly in front of others), in order to not take damage you have to kill that dinergate, hence your damage has to hit the requirement.

Since 95 damage * nade multiplier is always over 82 nade damage, hence no SL requirement for x1 link.
