3Subsequent review and crafting of VMGO may be conducted with full and active participation of all identified stakeholders. Their inputs are very valuable, and their perspectives whenever incorporated instills a sense of pride and motivation, thereby increasing productivity for all.The VMGO was reviewed and updated during the Strategic Planning held last June 21-23, 2017. Invited representatives of various stakeholders namely: students, faculty, non-teaching personnel, alumni and other external stakeholders (Board of Trustees member, the Regional Director from CHED, the President of Metro Naga Chamber of Commerce and the representative from NEDA) fully and actively participated during the activity.
